Lonely Planet Rates Ireland Top of the World

Guidebook publishers Lonely Planet have just issued their "Bluelist 2008", detailing the friendliest countries in the world (at least from a tourist's point of view). Top spot in the Bluelist was taken by the Emerald Isle - Ireland and the Irish having both "a welcoming attitude towards strangers" and "a deliciously dark sense of humor".
