Curtains for Monopoly Vote on Dublin

Monday February 25, 2008
Time is getting short - the voting for the Monopoly - Here & Now: World Edition is coming to an end. Three more days and the contest is toast. To make it more of a teaser which cities will feature on the board, producer Hasbro has now removed the leaderboard as well. Dublin, currently the only Irish city in the running, had been off to a flying start and looked quite comfortable for some while. Then it started to drop. Wherever Ireland's capital is now, let's keep our fingers crossed. And voting ...

And don't forget the "wildcard cities" - you can actually nominate any city you like to be included. Cork has made some impression there. With Waterford slowly gaining.
