Guinness is Good for Baking

Something rich and Irish for Christmas? Well, I'd recommend a Guinness Cake ... but not freshly baked. You see, the cake has to mature a bit, at least for a week, longer is better. So you might think about starting to buy the ingredients now and beginning to bake soon. Really. Otherwise you will miss out in a treat!
