Looking for ideas on what to do this upcoming Halloween Bank Holiday Weekend? Well, how about joining in the fun at the Banks of the Foyle Hallowe'en Carnival in Derry? Or go all rural at the Virginia Pumpkin Festival? Both Ulster events ... but at least Virginia is within an hour's drive from Dublin. And Derry is well worth a visit anyway.
