... very good, despite being hit by problems on internal US flights connecting to trans-atlantic flights (one due to immigration control, one due to a technical fault). In both cases Delta personnel was extremely helpful and a satisfactory solution was immediately found. On-board catering on long-haul flights is excellent (I used their web facility to preorder special meals).
