Stained Glass Window in Saul Church

The solitary stained glass window in Saul Church, erected at the place where Saint Patrick himself built his first church, gives us a low-key picture of the man. He is middle-aged, carrying a bible and a staff, this could be the missionary of history. Even the ship that carried him to his mission in 432 seems realistic. But take note of Patrick's garments - the combination of red and blue is very much associated with Jesus himself.
